ARF is always in need of donations - both financial and physical. If you have old blankets, heartworm treatments, crates or leads that you no longer need - please contact us! We soon will have a PayPal account as well.

If you are local to the Jackson area, we often need volunteers for "doggy runs" (travelling to areas with large numbers of strays to assist overburdened rescue groups), transport of animals to fosters and homes, and we are always looking for good foster homes and especially "forever homes".

If you are not local to the Jackson area but have seen an adoptable animal on our site, please view the How To Adopt site - we can and will assist with arraingements, wherever possible, to get your new best friend to you.

The most important thing that you can do is spay or neuter your pet, never buy from a pet store or backyard breeder, and educate yourself about the overpopulation of domesticated pets in this country - please check out Why Adopt?.
